Refund policy

NoGag Product 60-Day Customer Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with the results of your purchase up to the last serving, we will replace it or refund you at your option.  To request a refund or replacement, a minimum of a single serving must be returned.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to NoGag. Refund processing or shipment of replacement product will occur within fourteen (14) days from the date the returned product is received.  For products purchased under a Subscription, only those items shipped within the last thirty (30) days from the date of refund request shall be eligible.  Guarantee only applicable to product packages of five (5) or more servings.
